Imagine you are walking down the street when suddenly a huge dumper-truck barrels round the corner and heads straight for you. The truck is moving very fast and the driver is hitting the horn furiously to tell you to get out of the way. You are paralyzed with fear, but suddenly, at the last moment, you manage to dive out of the way and save your own skin. Now think about this: Which one would you remember longer, the real experience I just described, or a description you read about in a book? Of course you'd remember the real experience. Human beings learn through experience. Learn English by using it, by experiencing it for yourself, not by having someone explain it to you, by or staring at a piece of software.
